On the healthcare business front, Perennial Holdings has three core business segments spanning 17 cities in China, being hospitals and medical centres, healthcare hubs as well eldercare, senior housing, skilled nursing and memory care. In Singapore, it is the developer and operator of Perennial Living, the country's first private assisted living development at Parry Avenue. It is also operating Perennial Wellness, the country’s first-of-its-kind private integrated medical, rehabilitation and traditional Chinese medicine centre.
On the real estate business front, Perennial Holdings is invested in and manages eight transit-oriented development (“TODs”) in China, of which seven are connected to High-Speed Railway (“HSR”) Stations. Of the seven HSR TODs, six are healthcare-centric and one is commercial-centric. The China portfolio also comprises two suburban malls. The Singapore portfolio comprises eight developments, located within the Civic District, Central Business District, Jurong Lake District, prime city areas and suburban districts, and are directly connected or in close proximity to Mass Rapid Transit (“MRT”) stations.
