The integrated development is also well-served by Subway Line 2 and Subway Line 4, connecting to the Xi'an Economic Development Zone in the North West of Xi'an City, via the Xi'an North HSR Station.

Plot 4 is expected to comprise retail, SOHO, serviced apartment and hotel components, while Plot 5 is being planned to comprise medical, eldercare, retail and hotel components.

Perennial Xi'an North HSR International Healthcare and Business City Plot 4 and Plot 5 are expected to complete in 2021 and 2024 respectively.

With its iconic design, strategic location and excellent connectivity, the integrated development is positioned as a regional hub to serve the sizeable catchment within Xi'an and beyond.
