Perennial Business City is a vibrant business hub and the first sustainable super low energy business park in the Jurong Lake District, which is envisioned to be the largest commercial and regional centre outside of Singapore’s city centre.

Sustainability Features
Perennial Business City has been awarded the Singapore's Building and Construction Authority Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy accreditation for its sustainability features, such as solar energy technology, super-efficient chiller system, motion sensors and sensors for fresh air control. More than 1,800 solar panels have been installed on the roof of Perennial Business City, generating around 1,200 MWh per year – the equivalent of powering about 300 four-room flats in Singapore. The solar panels also reduce about 500 tonnes of annual carbon emissions. Perennial Business City features an ultraviolet germicidal irradiation system and offers the largest number of electric vehicle charging stations in a business park development in Singapore.

Well-rounded Amenities
Perennial Business City features a state-of-the-art business conference facility on level three. This new facility includes an auditorium with a capacity of approximately 300 people and seven meeting rooms available for tenants’ use. The development also houses Singapore’s largest badminton facility, with 32 fully airconditioned courts operated by Wyse Active Hub.
