Hangzhou West High Speed Railway Integrated Development

Hangzhou West High Speed Railway (“HSR”) Integrated Development is positioned as a commercial transit-oriented development (“TOD”) with a new paradigm for living, work and play. Spanning a total gross floor area (“GFA”) of over 10 million sq ft, this mega development comprises four skyscrapers (Towers A, B, C and D), Cloud Gate and two podiums, which will host residential, hospitality, office and retail components.

Strategic Location
Hangzhou West HSR Integrated Development is located in the Yuhang District of Hangzhou, the capital and economic, cultural, science and educational centre of Zhejiang Province, within the Yangtze River Delta Region. The development is strategically located about 23 km from Hangzhou city centre.

Hangzhou West HSR Integrated Development is also an essential part of the Hangzhou West Science and Technology Corridor, a government-designated TOD District that covers approximately 13 sq km and is envisaged to encompass cultural, ecological, commercial and residential zones. With plans to construct multiple super high-rise buildings in the TOD District, the surrounding precinct is set to be transformed into the Silicon Valley equivalent of Hangzhou.

Directly connected to the operating Hangzhou West HSR Station, Hangzhou West HSR Integrated Development has easy access to the rest of China via 20 railway lines that seamlessly linked the regional inter-city railway network via the Hangzhou-Huangshan, Hangzhou-Hefei, Hangzhou-Wuhan, Hangzhou-Nanjing and Hangzhou-Nanchang railways. It is also served by Metro Line 3 and Line 19, connecting Hangzhou West HSR Station to Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport.

Four Skyscrapers
Tower A, a Grade A office building at close to 320 metres, is set to redefine Hangzhou’s skyline as the city’s tallest building. The tower will also feature an exploration deck at 280 metres, one of the highest in Hangzhou. Tower B, equally magnificent at close to 300 metres, will comprise luxury apartments, 4- and 5-star hotels and Grade A offices, while Towers C and D, both over 200 metres, will comprise premium serviced apartments.

Cloud Gate
Cloud Gate, a distinct architectural feature of the TOD and an integral part of the Hangzhou West HSR Station, will comprise a shopping mall and Grade A offices. Cloud Gate is expected to be a distinctive character for the city.
