Perennial Tianjin South High Speed Railway (“HSR”) International Healthcare and Business City is positioned as a one-stop regional healthcare-centric transit-oriented development (“TOD”) to serve the communities in the upcoming Jing-Jin-Ji megalopolis integrating Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei in North China. Perennial Tianjin South HSR International Healthcare and Business City is sited about 15 km from the bustling Xiaobailou Commercial Street in Tianjin’s city centre and enjoys excellent rail and air transportation connectivity to major Chinese cities. Strategically located adjacent and directly connected to the Tianjin South HSR Station, currently served by Metro Line 3 and with three future lines planned, Perennial Tianjin South HSR International Healthcare and Business City is conveniently connected to Beijing and Shanghai, two of China’s largest cities, via the Beijing-Tianjin-Shanghai HSR Line 1. The travel to Beijing South HSR Station from Tianjin South HSR Station is under 30 minutes, while the ride to Shanghai Hongqiao HSR Station takes less than four hours. The TOD is 25 km from the Tianjin Binhai International Airport and 94 km from Beijing Daxing International Airport. The healthcare-centric TOD is also well-poised to benefit from the upcoming launch of the Tianjin-Xiong’an HSR Line, which will position Tianjin South HSR Station as a key interchange station.

Eldercare Component
The eldercare component, positioned as Perennial Eldercare Community Tianjin, will house Perennial Eldercare Home Tianjin, a 374-unit senior-friendly independent living housing with 286 beds; Perennial Assisted Living Apartment Tianjin, a 1,227-bed facility for elderly residents who require assistance with daily activities; Perennial Nursing Hospital Tianjin, the city’s first nursing hospital with 299 beds offering nursing/dementia/disability/palliative care; and a Perennial Nursing Station offering out-patient geriatric/nursing care management. With a total of about 1,800 beds, this holistic eldercare community will cater to different needs of the silver generation with continuum of care under one roof.

Medical Component
The medical component, positioned as Perennial International Health and Medical Hub, will comprise Perennial Hospital Tianjin, a 500-bed level 3 general hospital; Perennial Rehabilitation Hospital Tianjin, a 200-bed level 2 rehabilitation hospital; and Eber Perennial Brain Hospital Tianjin, the city’s first level 3 specialist hospital with a focus on functional neurology.

Hospitality Component
The hospitality component will feature a total of about 1,000 rooms across four 3- to 5-star multi-branded hotels. As a first of its kind in the Xiqing district, the 5-star hotel will be branded ‘JdV by Hyatt’ while the 4-star+ and 4-star hotels will be branded ‘Cheese by Minyoun’ and 'Lia by Minyoun' respectively. The 3-star hotel will be branded ‘MINYOUN LIVING’, featuring interactive and multi-purpose communal spaces in earthy and soothing tones. Collectively, these four hotels will offer over 32,000 sq ft of meeting, incentive, conference and exhibition spaces, as well as four destination dining options serving various cuisines.
